Eventful Evenings at Another Broken Egg Cafe FAQs.
Availability varies depending on location. In some cafes, we may be of assistance in additional areas of service to enhance your event, including floral arrangements, balloons, gift baskets and possibly even entertainment. We offer a variety of specialty linens and decor options. Please note that certain items may be limited for events booked in short notice, however we will do our best to assist with your vision and provide our expert recommendations.
We may be able to assist with ordering, receiving and handling of floral and decor requests. A quote will be provided based on your preferences. Should you wish for us to handle your floral and decorative needs, all charges will include taxes and a 15% service fee.
Linens for guest tables/dining tables and other services can be provided at an additional charge (Delivered/Served Events Only). We are happy to accommodate your decor theme. Please discuss linen colors when booking your event. The total charges for rented linen will include taxes and a 15% service fee.
Many cafes with meeting rooms have large screen monitors available for use at no additional cost. For other audio/visual needs, some cafes may have the availability of projectors, screens and microphones. DJ services may also be available in some areas. Your event coordinator will work with you to assist with your audio/visual needs. Costs vary and fees for any rented equipment or services, as well as all applicable taxes and a 15% service fee will be added to your total charges.
Your event is booked with an attendance estimate. We request a firmer attendance estimate ten (10) business days prior to your event. However, your final guaranteed guest count and any event changes must be provided five (5) days prior to the event so that we can best serve you. If no guaranteed attendance is provided, the most recent provided estimate serves as your guarantee. At the conclusion of your event, you will be billed for the guarantee number or the actual guest attendance, whichever is greater.
For private dining/meeting rooms and after-hours events, there is a sales minimum based on occupancy of the room or facility. Sales minimums must be reached or a room/event fee will be assessed to the final bill. Room/event fees vary by cafe. Your event coordinator will inform you of the local cafe sales minimums and room/event fees. All charges will be clearly stated on the Event Contract form.
All event orders require a 25% deposit and a signed contract 10 days prior to the scheduled event.
An event order may be cancelled with no penalty up to seven days prior to the scheduled event and deposits will be refunded. Cancellations made after seven days prior to the scheduled event will forfeit all deposits.
For cash payments, full payment is required three days prior to your event. For credit card payments, a credit card authorization form must be completed three days prior to your event. Payment with checks will be accepted a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to your event. Sales tax will be applied for all events unless a tax exempt certificate is presented three days prior to the event date.

For all functions, Another Broken Egg Cafe requires a selected menu seven (7) days prior your function. Our private dining menus offer pre-set dining options from which you may choose. Custom menus may be requested and will be priced according to choices.
All food and beverage must be purchased and prepared through Another Broken Egg Cafe. The only exception is wedding or birthday cakes. No other carry-in items are permitted. Cakes may be subject to a $1 per person cutting and plating fee. Due to food safety regulations, it is our policy that Another Broken Egg Cafe assumes no responsibility for perishable foods or beverages not consumed at your event. All alcohol consumption is subject to state and local laws.
If alcoholic beverages are served on the premises, we will require that all alcoholic beverages be purchased and dispensed only through Another Broken Egg certified employees and bartenders. According to our alcoholic beverage license, we are required to (a) request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age, and (b) refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who appears intoxicated. Bartender and cashier fees may apply. All applicable state and local laws concerning alcoholic consumption apply.
Yes, but due to food safety regulations, it is our policy that Another Broken Egg assumes no responsibility for perishable foods or beverages not consumed at your event.
All entertainment for on-premise events such as but not limited to live music and DJ's must be approved by Another Broken Egg Cafe. Options and availability will be subject to local laws and restrictions.
Decorations must be approved by Another Broken Egg Cafe prior to any on-premise event. All decorations must conform to fire and safety codes. Guests are responsible for removing all approved decorations before leaving event. Another Broken Egg Cafe assumes no liability for items left behind. No tape or nails are allowed on the walls.
Another Broken Egg Cafe reserves the right to: enforce its quality standards concerning dress and decorations, refuse service of any person who in the judgment of management, is under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances, close the bar before the designated ending time should management deem it necessary.

We are proud to offer our guests this convenience and cost-effective alternative to a banquet hall or conference room. Whether it's business or pleasure, breakfast or lunch, let us work with you to ensure your meeting, party or event is a success for your closest friend, esteemed colleagues, church groups, non-profit organization, sports club or perhaps for your book club. We are happy to work with you to accommodate the needs of your meeting, party or event.
There is no charge for our free, private meeting room when 1) the guest count is 10 or more and 2) the total food and beverage purchase averages a minimum of $10 per person.
Our free, private meeting room is typically available from 7 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday. Some cafes may have restrictions on the availability of the room due to peak service times or holidays.

Meeting rooms are available to book in 2-hour increments. Depending on availability, a 4-hour time period may also be reserved. Inquire regarding the availability of longer time blocks when making your reservation either online, via telephone or in-person.
The size of our meeting room does vary by cafe. Please visit anotherbrokenegg.com to find your specific location and view details regarding amenities such as free Wi-Fi access and/or HD-LCD-TV monitor. Depending on the size of your group, we can configure the tables and chairs to best meet your needs (e.g. u-shaped, school room or a board room/conference table configuration).

Meeting attendees may order off our traditional menu or feel free to contact the General Manager at least 48 hours in advance of your meeting and we will be happy to work with you in customizing a menu specifically for your meeting or event.
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. You may request one check or ask for individual checks if preferred.
While we do not charge a fee to cancel your meeting room reservation. However, we do request a minimum of 48 hours notice if possible. If you need to cancel your pre-ordered, customized meeting menu, we request that you do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Eeel free to bring a cake to your meeting or event, but please let us know in advance so we are prepared to provide you with plates and utensils. Cakes may be subject to a $1 per person cutting and plating fee.
Yes. Additional decorations, such as centerpieces, banners, balloons, etc, are more than welcome. We only ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to decorate the room. We also ask that your event organizer be responsible for the set-up and removal of all decorations. Decorations must be approved by Another Broken Egg Cafe prior to any on-premise event. All decorations must conform to fire and safety codes. Guests are responsible for removing all approved decorations before leaving event. No tape or nails are allowed on the walls.
Another Broken Egg Cafe Catering FAQs.
For delivered catering events, there is a sales minimum based on staff requirements, distance and time on-site at the event. Sales minimums must be met or a delivery/set-up fee will be assessed to the final bill. Your catering manager will inform you of the local cafe minimums for delivered catered events.
